I write Brain Food in my spare time, somewhere between sleep and consciousness. It is a combination of all things I find stimulating within the realms of philosophy, art, literature and psychology, resulting in daily thought snippets that can be devoured in less than five minutes.
It has been around for a year, so, according to the Lindy effect, it should be around for at least a year more.

Why are you doing this?
I got a little tired of endless newsfeeds, scrolling through black holes, bad news, fake news. I love pages like BrainPickings and The Book of Life, and Instagram accounts like nitch. But sometimes, sadly, there is not enough time. My Pocket is full of articles, poems and thought pieces I still have to read. That's how I decided to start Brain Food in 2018 (right about now). Why? Because sharing is caring. Don’t believe me? Then check out my other site, themetaplanner.com. It’s all my holiday research and maps, and I’ve posted it online for free. People love it. That’s all I gain from it. Good karma
Do you hate mindfulness?
Not at all. I just find value in giving the brain little nuggets of thought. Something finite that we can take, mull over and run with.
