Thoughts of the day
Yesterday was, officially, the last day of summer, though the good weather carries on in some places.
Japanese photographer Hiroshi Sugimoto captures near-abstract, transcendental scenes of the sea through his lens, blurring the lines between when the water meets the sky, his dreamlike long exposures taking the passing of time and fitting it all in one frame.
A moment, summer itself, is there until it's not. Enjoy its last days.
