If the advice is good but comes from someone with questionable morals, then is it still an advice to be taken? Does talent overcome personality?

Today, I will be sharing some words of wisdom by Ted Hughes, a controversial figure in the literary world, known not just for his talents but for also being the cheating husband of Sylvia Plath.

“The only calibration that counts is how much heart people invest, how much they ignore their fears of being hurt or caught out or humiliated. And the only thing people regret is that they didn't live boldly enough, that they didn't invest enough heart, didn't love enough. Nothing else really counts at all.”
